Welcome aboard the yacht tour in the Ionian Islands! Explore the stunning beauty of the Greek islands with us as we take you on an unforgettable journey across Lefkas, Meganissi, Ithaki, and Kefalonia.
Our journey starts in Lefkada. Our experienced crew members will greet you with a warm welcome at 17:00 on the catamaran, and after check-in, buying fresh groceries from the local supermarket and safety briefing, you will be all set to start your adventure!
We set sail to the island of Meganisi, to a private bay where we can mooring at the pontoon and swim in the amazingly clear water. This place is known for its crystal-clear sea and incredibly friendly and warm atmosphere. Most sailors are old friends and acquaintances of the bay owner, so guests are welcomed with special love and attention. There are loungers and hammocks stretched between pine trees, a multi-meter pebble beach, and a small tavern a little further in, where you can grab a bite to eat in the fresh air. From this cozy bay Spilia you can climb up to the village of Spartachori. Here you will enjoy a splendid view of the breathtaking coastal landscape. Spartachori is the largest village on the island, a set of winding roads that intersect with white and blue houses. Of all the bays on the island of Meganisi, this is probably our favorite, surrounded by mountains, creating a cozy feeling.
Ithaca is the most fascinating island according to guest reviews. Ithaca is considered the homeland of Odysseus. The ruins of Odysseus’ palace and Homer’s school are located here, and this island breathes history! The port of the local town of Vathi is considered the largest natural port in the Balkans. Vathy is the vital centre of the island with clubs and restaurants, characterized by beautiful Venetian-style houses and its natural bay is home to dozens of sailing boats and yachts. You can also mooring in the small town of Kioni on the island of Ithaca. This small bay can only accommodate 15 yachts, but we are confident that there will be a place for us. Our favorite places in the area are four small beaches surrounded by rocks, all within walking distance of the bay. A staircase leads down to them, from which the beaches themselves look like toy models.
Our next island is Kefalonia, the most notable island in the area. Here we often mooring in Sami and then rent mopeds or cars. Kefalonia has so much beautiful and interesting things to see that even two full days would not be enough to explore its treasures: the stunning Melissani cave with a boat tour of the inner lake, the famous Myrtos beach with piercingly blue water, like it came straight from a postcard. Next to the city of Sami lies Antisamos – a kilometer-long clean beach that has received the highest rating and the Blue Flag award as an environmentally clean and comfortable place to rest. Here we will find lounge chairs, bars, restaurants, and various water sports.
Wake up to the breathtaking views of Kefalonia and enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the yacht’s deck. We will set sail towards Fiskardo, a charming fishing village located on the northern tip of the island. Fiskardo is known for its Venetian architecture and is a popular spot for yacht enthusiasts. Indulge in some water activities or explore the local shops and cafes.
Our sixth day will take us back to Lefkas, with a stop in the idyllic village of Sivota. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the beach or take a hike to the island’s stunning lookout points.
On our final day, we’ll return to Lefkas, with plenty of time to explore the island’s many attractions. Take a stroll through the charming town of Lefkada, or enjoy a farewell dinner on board the yacht.
Check-out at 09:00. As our adventure comes to a close, you’ll disembark the yacht with unforgettable memories and a newfound love for the Ionian Islands. We hope you’ll join us again on another yacht tour in the near future!
About Catamaran Excess 11 Saona
Excess 11 Saona (64) is a modern and innovative catamaran designed for comfortable cruising. Our catamaran has four cabins with two bathrooms, convertible saloon and 1 forepeak cabin, providing ample accommodation for up to 10 guests and skipper. All beds in cabins are full double beds and the wet areas are also very spacious. The catamaran has a spacious and well thought out interior with light and airy cabins that are well equipped with large windows and plenty of natural light. She also has a fully equipped galley with refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, oven and microwave, allowing you to comfortably spend a week on the catamaran. Outside, the catamaran has a spacious cockpit with a dining table, as well as plenty of space to relax and four sun loungers at the bow and on the roof.

Payments. For booking, you need to make an advance payment of 50%, the second part of the payment must be made 35 days before the start of the tour. Cancellations. If you decide to cancel your booking we reserve the right to charge the following amounts as the penalty for cancellation. over 100 days before departure - 20% from the total price of the charter 30 - 100 days - 50% of the total price of the charter less than 30 days before departure, 100% of the total price of the charter. In case of cancellation of the charter by the company, we return the full payment to the client.
