Every summer, Sailme Charter organizes seasonal navigation across the Balearic Islands, providing clients with professional yacht and catamaran rental services. We offer a carefully selected fleet and uphold high service standards to ensure a comfortable and safe experience on the water in one of the most sought-after maritime regions of the Mediterranean.
Our summer season traditionally begins on May 10 and runs through October 25. During this period, we offer 21 boats, including modern catamarans, sailing yachts, and motor yachts. Each vessel undergoes full technical preparation and is equipped with everything needed for an enriching summer experience on the water — from relaxing family cruises to active sea adventures with friends.
Sailme operates from two main bases — on the islands of Ibiza and Mallorca, where our entire fleet is stationed. This strategic positioning allows for flexible itinerary planning and offers clients a wide range of travel options across the waters of the Balearic Islands.
During the winter season, the majority of our fleet is based in Tenerife, Canary Islands. The Canary Archipelago consists of seven distinct islands, each with its own unique character and natural beauty, offering a wide variety of sailing routes. Winter in the Canaries is known for its mild and pleasant climate. Air temperatures rarely drop below 15–20°C, while water temperatures remain around 20–22°C. These favorable conditions make the Canary Islands an ideal destination for winter yachting, providing comfortable sailing, scenic landscapes, and excellent cruising opportunities. The charter season in Tenerife runs from November through April.
Additionally, during the winter months, part of our fleet is also available in Martinique, in the Caribbean Islands. The charter season there is open from December to mid-March. Winter (from December to May) in Martinique is considered the dry season, known locally as "Carême". This period is marked by minimal rainfall, pleasant air temperatures (averaging 25–30°C), and warm sea temperatures (26–29°C), making it perfect for safe and enjoyable sailing.
