It has become a good tradition after a hot summer season in Ibiza with the entire fleet of Sailme Charter to move to a winter base in the Canarias.
There are 1500 nautical miles between Ibiza and Tenerife. This is quite a lot for those who are used to coastal yachting, overnight stays in marinas or quiet sheltered bays. But the complication of yacht trips, increasing distances and expanding geography is the only way for those who want to develop, become more experienced, as well as for future skippers.
We offer bareboat or skippered charter for groups of friends or cabin charter for singles with our professional skipper.
For convenience cabin charter trip is divided into two stages: Mediterranean and Atlantic.
Start – Port Ibiza, island of Ibiza. We gather on the pontoon on Saturday at 17:00, get acquainted with other participants, go through briefings and make purchases of provisions for the transition. We usually leave the marina the next morning. Our route passes through the island of Formentera, and further along the Spanish coast, cities such as Cartagena, Almeria, Malaga, where we can make stops. The finish of this stage is on the border of Gibraltar in the Spanish city of La Linea.
Start - Marina Port Alcaidesa in La Linea (the nearest airport is Malaga (AGP). Depending on the weather, the route will go through Madeira or Lanzarote, or maybe we will look into continental Portugal. We can stop for a couple of days to rest and explore local attractions. Finish in our winter base in Tenerife, Marina San Miguel. The nearest airport - Tenerife South (TFS).
About Saona
Excess 11 Saona (64) is a modern and innovative catamaran designed for comfortable cruising. Our catamaran has four cabins with two bathrooms, convertible saloon and 1 forepeak cabin, providing ample accommodation for up to 10 guests and skipper. All beds in cabins are full double beds and the wet areas are also very spacious. The catamaran has a spacious and well thought out interior with light and airy cabins that are well equipped with large windows and plenty of natural light. She also has a fully equipped galley with refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, oven and microwave, allowing you to comfortably spend a week on the catamaran. Outside, the catamaran has a spacious cockpit with a dining table, as well as plenty of space to relax and four sun loungers at the bow and on the roof.

Terms & Conditions
Payments.
For booking, you need to make an advance payment of 50%, the second part of the payment must be made 35 days before the start of the tour.
Cancellations.
If you decide to cancel your booking we reserve the right to charge the following amounts as the penalty for cancellation.
- over 100 days before departure: 20% from the total price of the charter
- 30 - 100 days: 50% of the total price of the charter
- less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total price of the charter.
In case of cancellation of the charter by the company, we return the full payment to the client.
