Updated Commission Policy for 2026
Starting in 2026, Sailme Charter is introducing an updated commission structure for charter agencies and aggregators. This change reflects our goal of building stronger, long-term partnerships based on mutual growth and engagement.
Previously, the commission for all partners was set at a default rate of 20% of the charter cost. From 2026 onward, we will transition to a progressive commission model.
Progressive Commission Structure
The new commission rates will be based on the total number of charter weeks booked across all Sailme Spanish bases combined, including Ibiza, Mallorca, and Tenerife.
- 15% – default commission for all agents
- 17% – commission for agents booking 6–10 weeks per year
- 20% – commission for agents booking 11 or more weeks per year
How the Commission Is Calculated
This model is designed to directly connect an agent’s level of engagement with their reward. Please note that commissions are calculated based on the number of charter weeks, not the number of individual bookings.
The commission level for 2026 will be determined using booking data from the 2025 season. Based on these results, commissions will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
